前幾天果然遇到此故障，我的是K6 R1000，查看說明書我拆了排氣閥門控制盒，裏面是電路板和電機，一個白色塑料大齒輪和一個小的金屬齒輪，聽響聲是齒輪沒入位或偏離所以打齒，於是我重新安裝並摸上了潤滑脂，裝回去就好了，很輕鬆，如果不想改管的朋友可以試著自行拆下維修調整，並不難。

當時是晚上，打手電修的，所以沒有拍照片…


Do not use the adjustable wrench to turn EXCVA pulley
so as not to cause damage to the internal gear of
EXCVA.
Install the pulley 6 to the shaft 7.
NOTE:
Make sure that the shaft』s line B and cable slots C facing
upward as shown
