這輛"魯奇"......唉,買車真的得緣份....
當偶口袋寬鬆時.....不見伊人現芳蹤,
如今伊人覓郎君.....阮囊羞澀空扼腕.

Technically very advanced for the year with 4 valve engine, superb 4 speed gearbox and linked front/rear brakes. This bike is very rare with only 3 owners since 1945. It was owned by an RAF pilot and bought after the war by Barry Peerless who refurbished it and used it on the very first Banbury Run in 1949 (copies of program available). He then sold it to a friend who, as a Hawker Siddeley engineer, spent many years restoring the bike to it's current condition. I am the third owner in 67 years and have used it for the Banbury Run (see photo) and other vintage events and shows.
Now I need to thin my collection and so this wonderful piece of motorcycling history is for sale.
If you have questions then please call me on 01608 658675. I have advertised the machine elsewhere so I may end the auction early.
Cash or bank transfer will be required before collection
