重點如下:

Motorcyclists who are competent enough riders to lane split, should follow these general guidelines if choosing to lane split:

1)Travel at a speed that is no more than 10 MPH faster than other traffic – danger increases at higher speed differentials.

2)It is not advisable to lane split when traffic flow is at 30 mph or faster – danger increases as overall speed increases.

3)Typically, it is more desirable to split between the #1 and #2 lanes than between other lanes.

4)Consider the total environment in which you are splitting, including the width of the lanes, size of surrounding vehicles, as well as roadway, weather, and lighting conditions.

5)Be alert and anticipate possible movements by other road users.


時速30哩以上不能鑽,鑽的相對速度不能大於10哩.

這是加州法律,可是在BC卻是明文禁止Lane splitting/ Lane sharing ; 甚至我應該說"加州是整個北美唯一開放Lane splitting 的地方";所以大大PO這篇文章的用意是? what what what

對於像 "Lane Splitting" 這種在先進國家(開放機車路權許久地區)都尚未有共識的東西,如果在台灣要爭取大眾認同,困難度只會更高 Question Question Question

當務之急應該大家一起集中火力,要求政府開放重機高速公路的路權。畢竟,這才是國際上的"共識",也比較能說服台灣的一般民眾 die
美國各州有自己的法律規定,只是把現況分享給大家知道,人家的權利也是爭取來的,一點紅兄您不必多做聯想。

話說今天騎在新泰路上……
依照速限行駛時,先是一台轎車從我右側鑽過去(走機車優先道)!
再來一台計程車從我左側超過去(跨雙黃線)!
看來鑽車縫已經不是機車幹的事了……
看來依照速限行駛也並非安全了……
